OSH Program

The YRSDS OSH Program provides quality group-based programs to individuals with a disability during school holiday periods and after school.  The program incorporates support services at the school and within the wider community.

Vacation Program

The school’s Vacation Program aims to support participants aged 6yrs to 18yrs who reside in the Outer Eastern Metropolitan region realise individual personal goals in relation to community and social participation.  YRSDS has been providing school holiday programs for school aged children since 2001 with the support of the Department of Health and Human Services. Over this period the Vacation Program has grown and developed and now operates during all school term holiday periods, providing a total of 5 weeks of service provision per annum as an accredited and fully registered NDIS Service Provider.


Afternoon Club

The YRSDS OSH Program provides an Afternoon Club for YRSDS students every weekday during all school terms.

For YRSDS students who wish to access the Afternoon Club details are as follows:

Time:        3.00pm to 6.00pm

Days:       Any school day (not public holidays)

Where:    At the school – Rooms 5 & 6

Cost:       As per the current NDIS Price Guide

We provide regular afternoon sessions or occasional care with experienced and qualified support staff.   Afternoon tea and activities provided.


The YRSDS OSHProgram matches the NDIS support categories of ‘Assistance with Social and Community Participation’ either community or centre based activities.  All supports and their prices are charged as per the current NDIS Price Guide and are subject to change by the NDIA.
